Refund policy

At AnuradhaFaceReader.com, we strive to provide you with quality spiritual services and products. Due to the nature of our offerings, returns and refunds are limited but handled with transparency.

1. Services (Consultations, Face Reading, Astrology)

All consultations and spiritual services are non-refundable once delivered. We invest time and spiritual preparation in each session, making them non-returnable.

However, if you experience any technical issues or scheduling problems, please contact us within 24 hours of the issue, and we will do our best to reschedule or assist you.

2. Physical Products (e.g., Rudraksha, Yantras, etc.)

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery only if:

• The product is damaged upon arrival

• You received the wrong product

• The exchanged or replaced products will be delivered in 7-8 business days

Return Conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

3. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. The amount will be credited in 5-6 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or energized items (e.g., consecrated Rudraksha, Yantras)

• Digital downloads or reports

• Gift cards or vouchers

5. How to Request a Return/Refund
